All relationships, from the most casual acquaintances to the most intimate kin, need the mending balm of a meaningful apology from time to time. Join us for a lighthearted, supportive workshop to learn this vital relationship skill that isn't taught in school. We'll cover:
- What an apology is not
- What undermines an apology and creates more hurt
- What a meaningful apology is and how to give it
- How to keep your cool when the criticism is laid on thick
