About the Event
Do you sometimes struggle with giving apologies, feeling anxious, rushed, or avoidant of the interaction?
Do your apologies not always seem to work, leaving the relationship more tense or distant?
Are you still waiting for an apology or were given one that made matters worse?
Join others like yourself in this FREE workshop to learn:
- What an apology is not
- What undermines an apology and causes more harm
- What a heartfelt apology is and how to give it
- What is needed when the hurt is deep
This workshop will be informative and supportive, giving you the opportunity to apply the information to your own relationships. You'll leave with tools and confidence to help heal the scratches and wounds that come from bumping up against one another.
See you in MEETING ROOM A (under the stairs)!
